Went to the ModAuto open house for the 2nd "Annual" 1addicts meet with my car all cleaned up

At the open house:

And I won an Injen intake in the raffle

ModAuto waiting room is legit and so is their work!

Installed!
Venom, now with 50% more pshhhhh.

The Injen intake sounds and feels pretty great! Engine feels much more responsive with all the recent mods.

Haha! It actually sounds pretty good! I'm impressed with the unit. Yeah the car still needs more TLC. I'll use the Cali drought as my excuse

I'm honestly stoked to see your car coming along. More exciting than mine atm.

Good point -- OK, I'll give you that.

Thanks. Yeah, its coming along. The MOTIV 750 just sucks the air in and with the ER charge pipe w/ Tial BOV then factor in the Level10 STEPTRONIC upgrades, the sounds of all that going on combined results in a very wicked visceral experience.

Not just yet. 2 cables coming in the mail. We will see which works, if either. If both work, I'll sell one for cheap.

Just read through 24 pages of awesomeness and great job man.

Given the recent affordability of the 135i and the increase in value and rarity of the 1M is the reason I went the 135i route also. Additionally I won't feel guilty about hacking, modding and thrashing my car either. If I had a 1M right now it would be a rare occasion to see it outdoors.

Thanks ShocknAwe. Feel free to PM me LuLaBells and I wouldn't mind chatting about why I think the BRZ is better for me. That was a pretty pathetic way to resurrect my thread.

In other news, the new owner of VENOM has been busy with VMRWheels , not sure if he is on here but the car looks great in his care and I am glad an enthusiast is continuing the project.
