Reduced power with no check engine light

Title says it all, started the car and it didnt seem to be running exactly right. It been sitting for about 2 weeks probably, drove it down the street and would rev up fine but wasnt making much power at all. No check engine, reduced power, or limp mode displayed on dash. Reading the codes only showed " 2B2C: FUEL HIGH PRESSURE, PLAUSIBILITY, COLD START". Restarting the car after fixed the issue and seemed to be running fine afterwards. Im at 87k miles, High pressure fuel pump was replaced at 20k miles under warranty, coils and plugs were just done. Unknown condition on the injectors.
