California Legal Mods: 2013 135i N55 DCT

KW V3, Apex Wheel, Michelin Super Sport, M3 Arms, Sway Bars have been swapped in from outgoing 128i on. 135i has 17K miles on it.

What engine/exhaust/drive train mods can I do to the 135i but still keep the it legal in California.

any modification you do has to have a carb number. If it doesn't it's not legal.

Dinan Mods are California Legal but they come up to about $5000

Is there any tune that can give me sportier feel of the engine/gear changes and still be Carb Legal?
