thanks for all the kind words...I will be eventually getting some GOOD photos. The black wheels don't show up in photos...but in person you can see every detail perfectly.

a lot in the front but I am pretty sure most of it is the tab that Larryn was talking about and very little in the back.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Good luck with the Kumho's man. I used them once on a previous car, but vowed never again when 3 of the tires' sidewalls decided to bulge for no reason. I'll never use a cheap tire again.

I don't consider Kumho "cheap". When I think of cheap tires I think of Sunny, Wan Li, and Nankang. My next choice in these sizes was Pirelli...but with less tread life, a less attractive tread design, and bit more expensive, I went with the Kumhos. Now I know these are no michelins so I bought the tire replacement plan with them just in case.

good call on th tire replacement plan... you will need it with the kumhos

I understand why you went with them... at that size rear tire you dont have the normal choices...and the high end ones are $$$$$.

overall love the wheels, not my color choice but beautiful design

I am not a fan of 19" wheels, but I love the look and how they fill the wheel arches Very nice choice and the color provides a nice contrast.

You should get that taken care of fairly quickly. That tab causes more of a gouge issue than a rub issue. It's likely you'll have strings of rubber gouged off your tire shoulder, if you let it go for too long.

Btw, the new pics look great!!

it is actually not gouging at all...it is more like a 1/2" wide scrape. I am going to take the dremel to it today and see if I can help it.
