Unwelcome hitchhiker!!
Found this (literal) little bugger in my tail light!! No idea how this is even possible lol. Going to have to remove the light to get him out I think!

My Pre-LCI lights had all kinds of bugs in them. Looked at the light when I took them off to swap to the LCI Blacklines, couldn't figure out how they got in there.

lol funny when i first purchased my 1 i had a bug in my tailight told the dealer and they tried to vacuum it out but couldnt do much about it. I ended up buying lci tails anyways though so didnt care much about it...

I had a taillight replaced under warranty, and the new one had a fly in it. The dealer removed the fly, also under warranty.

I know you have at least LCI taillights but did you ever upgrade to the blackline taillights? Can't tell if you did or not from your pic. If you didn't upgrade, maybe it's a sign that now is the time. lol

They seem to find a way into anything. Dad's friend has a ZR1, a fly made it into his headlight unit somehow as well. I can't figure out how it got into such a small area. Baffled.

I too had two little flies in my rear passenger side. They must be attracted to the intensity of the LEDs.
Had to remove and shake them out. |
