:: BMR Autowerkes :: ER Charge Pipe
As your offical Australian distributor of Evolution Racewerks, we're proud to offer the Australian bimmerpost community great prices on the entire range of ER Charge Pipes! Features of the ER Charge Pipe: * Lightweight High Grade 6061 Aluminum Piping. * Throttle body matched 3" piping. * Retains factory style o-ring throttle body lock flange. Precision CNC machined throttle body flange ensures leak free connection to throttle body. * Quick and easy connection and disconnection to throttle body. Ideal connection compared to the silicone hose and hose clamp connection found in all other aftermarket diverter valve upgrade pipes available in the marketplace. * Compatible with factory diverter valves or aftermarket factory style diverter valves. * Precision CNC machined MAP sensor flange ensures leak free connection. * Diverter Valve Charge Pipe features beaded ends and T-bolt clamps to prevent intercooler piping from coming off from boost. * Optional Type III Hard Black Anodizing (for stealth and OEM look). Hard anodizing helps improve durability of intercooler piping. Resists bent or dented piping. Why upgrade your stock charge pipe? * The stock pipe is not durable enough to cope with higher boost levels, those running a tune may find their charge pipe 'popping off' or their plastic factory divertor valves leaking under high boost * Ability to add meth with both 1 & 2 bung setups available * Increase throttle response and decreases turbo lag. * Factory diverter valve sound baffle, which causes turbulence in the factory pipe, is removed. CP Combinations There are many customisable options with the ER Charge Pipe so let us know what type you would like and we'll get back to you with a quote! Engine*: 2008 N54 / 2009-2010 N54 / N55 Colour**: Polished Silver / Anodized Flat Black BOV***: No blow off valve / HKS SSQV4 BOV / Synapse BOV / Tial BOV / Forge Divertor valves Meth Bungs: Zero / One / Two Notes: *it is possible to fit the 2009+ N54 Charge Pipe on earlier N54 cars, the benefits of this is that it replaces the factory plastic 'elbow' as well. BMR highly recommends this for N54 cars. The post 09+ version adds $50. ** black anodizing adds $25 *** BOVs are less restricted and vent to the atmosphere so they react faster then recirculated divertor valves. BOVs are not legal in all Australian states and should be used for race or off-road use only. Some combinations may delay shipping by 7days as custom fabrication is required. N55s do not have the option to use a blow off valve. We believe the ideal charge pipe for N54 cars to be: Post N54 (for the upgraded elbow which adds strength) Anodized flat black (for that stealth & OEM look) Forge Divertor Valves (for completely silent and road legal operation. BOVs are recommended for those running higher boost and race setups) 2 Meth Bungs (to future proof yourself 'just in case') How do I order? - Via PM - email us: info@bmrautowerkes.com.au Be sure to check us out on Facebook to stay up to date with our latest offers, works and news! |
