wheels on but knocking noise

Bob Janes just put the gtc cx 18x8.5 et 45 with 225 40 18 rubber on the front. There is a knocking noise only on a left turn, and only on the right wheel. I can feel it in the steering wheel.

Any ideas? Bob Jane doesnt know off hand and cant look at it on a lift today, they are booked.

I cant see where the wheel is hitting while the wheel is turned and stationary on the floor.

I asked very nicely and Bob Jane looked at it. It was the balance weight hitting on the control arm. All fixed now!
