Front may be easy as you just upgrade to F8x hub and strut. Rear may be a bit more difficult as the 5 link rear has been revised.

Get proper ceramics - not the M4 ones. Otherwise, a good brake brake kit, steel lines and proper fluids would give you better performance.
The M4 ceramics are not really for track use.
