Instructions for 09 Navi Screen removal

Looking for instructions on how to remove an 09 Navi Screen.

This is so that I can put a screen protector on properly and have it come right to the edge of the trim on all four sides. Just want to make it clean looking.

bump... working on installing a rear view cam from modmynav.com and their screen removal instructions apply to the 3 series not the 1.

The link is a picture of the disassembly just looking for someone with hands on experience. Anyone taken the screen off yet?
