That is a customer's car. He wanted the M-Sports package bumpers, so he retrofitted himself. DIY can be found in the DIY section

Here is my 128i M-Sport in Le Mans Blue. When i first ordered the car I wasn't to thrilled with the pictures I'd seen of the wheels but once I saw them in person I loved them. If you have any specific questions about the car just let me know.

I should add that the M-sport package was not available when I ordered my car last year. Originally I was only going to do the wheels and rear bumper, I think the 128 looks boring from behind without the rear diffuser. Things have obviously gotten out of hand.

This picture or our M-Sport 128i was taken on the German/Austrian border during our European delivery. We got lots of strange looks from the locals because 1-series coupes are rare in Europe and the 128i is not sold there.

The are really simple and easy to clean compared to the turbine wheels on my '93 325iS.

Here is a picture taken at Plansee, in Austria, very near the German border, during our May European delivery. The M-sport package came out just after I ordered my car, so I was able to revise my order. I really like the way the M package looks on the car. The wheels are not half as bad to clean as I thought when I first saw them.

They're not nearly as hard to clean as they look and are ten times easier to clean than the basket weaved BBS wheels on my E30.

Aussie Alpine White 125 (same model as your 128, just called a 25 here), with M Sports.

As per the 125/128 discussion, just did a little look, apparently the 125i gains an extra 4hp. In terms of styling, it is very, very similar. Plus, the OP didn't ask for engine specs, just pics - as you can see the 128 and the 125 are identical. |

I must say, with headlights and fogs on during twilight hours, the car looks insanely beautiful - open the sunroof vent and the whole car looks alive. With High-beam on, the intensity is excellent, with not too much reflective glare from street signs, either! I'll take some pics this evening Sydney time and post them here with the lights, and the LED rear lights. On that note, I think BMW nailed a perfectly lit car with the 125i.. |
