Coming to Erie PA
Hey fellow 1er's! I'll be coming to Erie PA third week of March on business. This will be my first time to PA. I was hoping someone might have some input on what to avoid, what not to avoid...like places to eat, sites to see, women , Just any info you that might have on the subject would be appreciated.

Yeah, I'll be staying in Erie. This will actually be the first time I've been this far north in America. The furthest I've ever traveled north in America was OK City, and since I'm from Texas traveling to OK is not that far. Lol!

I used to live somewhat close to Erie, but now I live in Philly, and almost never get back that direction. My favorite place in Erie is Molly Brannigans, an upscale Irish bar. Other than that Erie also has the usual chain restaurants although Quaker Steak and Lube might be worth a visit since it's originally a western PA chain. They have great wings there.

if you can make it to central PA there's some nice views in the mountains but that's about it. good luck! watch out for the hillbillies.

Thanks for the warning about hillbillies! Lol! I've never experienced hillbillies, just Red Necks, and if they are anything alike then I'm ready for them. Their is a massive amount of red necks from where I'm from. I get, "Is dat what ya call one of dem bimmers?" all the time on my trips to Wal-Mart. |

They wont say that, most aren't educated enough to speak. They just stare blankly. HAHA! I hate PA. Can you tell. Are you going to be driving up or flying in? Not sure if my buddy will have his 1 back in operation by then but we are usually looking for reason to go out cruising.
