Number of miles on odometer when your new 1 arrived

Mine had just under two miles on it when I picked it up in germany and both odometers and counter matched. I just thought this odometer reading was picture worthy

Only had 3 miles on mine when I picked it up on Wednesday. CA had me drive to the gas station across the street and then he filled it up with the dealership gas card.

Goose egg for me too. At the Welt they don't even drive it upstairs, it comes up on the great glass elevator.

interesting bell curve on the polls. i feel bad for the people who had over 31 miles, i would have felt shafted.

Before leaving for the Performance Center, SC, my CA said there could be as many as 19 miles (he told me it would have no more than "19"; somehow that was their magic number) as the guys doing the PDI have to move it around their facility. Low and behold, when I took delivery, 1.6!

That was Aug. 15. I now have over 4,000mi.

I did ED in Sept, 08 and got 0.2 miles at Welt.
I drove 3083 miles in Europe and average 59 mile/hr, 26 mile/gallon for 128i auto.
Did not check at re-delivery (It took 5 weeks for me to get my car back).

Now the average already dropped to 51 mile/hr, also 25 mile/gallon. Total is 4000mile.
