In the 330's, not sure about the 325's, the exhausts come with a little flap in the inner exhaust pipe that closes when the car exceeds certain mph to increase backpressure just like what the meistershaft valve control would do. Im sure this exhaust works off the valve system that bmw set up in our e90's.

The mechanism is actually visible in the pictures. It looks very similar to the system on the stock 330 muffler.

If it sounds like the race exhaust for the 330i e46 I would surely buy one, the e90 needs an aggresive exhaust note

Pretty cool exhaust technology, too rich for my blood.

If we do a group buy let me know since I have a WD account with them. I might order the race version to try it out.

I've contacted Eisenhaus to visit this thread and perhaps answer some questions or set up a group buy, but no sign of them yet. Anyone else able to reach them?

unless stock 330i muffler really is all that restrictive. maybe it is, since its so damn quiet.

I don't want a loud farting can like those on hondas, but subtle exhaust noise like stock G35/350Z exhaust.

That "button" deffinetly looks nothing like an electric solenoid.

It looks like a cheap waste gate. Waste gates are vaccum triggered. I've never looked that close under my car...maybe ill take a look today.

Where do you see this 4-6hp number? I went to the link on the first page of this thread and the only thing that I saw was some % numbers for the E36 M3...
