You're right 844 is in CAN not USA. It was a typo on my part, as 834 is the highest US on the registry. 849(CAN) the highest registered NA 1M currently.

VT47815 landed at Brunswick, GA port today.

Anyone know if a letter in VIN tell the color? or another way to find out. I imported the W&W VIN list of 691 VINs to spreadsheet. Trying to see how many of each color.

The 4-8 characters in the VIN which are responsible for designating the feature/options show no pattern that I can decipher. Here is a few full VIN vehicles:

No it can not be deciphered thru VIN. 100% sure

How cool is this.. 834 actual prod date is 10/26/2011....... looks like 835 will beat him... and was actually built 1 day later... 835 was delivered on 12/21/2011

as a side note. just because a car got to a dealer and delivered, lets say today.... that doesnt mean that the car was built later in time... for instance i know of vin vt47772 that has a production date of 10/2011 but was taken delivery of today ( 1/5/2012 ) it was a VO also

Damn no bragging right for having the last US car then, just the one before last (or the last BSM) then .

The scary bit being that it means I really almost did not get my 1M (despite putting a deposit down 1st week of March! Essentially about the same time US production started). (insert sigh of relief here).

W&W site is showing WBSUR9C56BVT47835 as still on ship with ETA of 01/25/12 in NJ. ???
