anyone else have thier hks ssqv bov blow off the pipe?

was running a 335i, was beating him and then a "pop" followed by me saying OH SHIT.. clutch seemed fine, no oil leaking nor coolant, had a rattle in my steering,{was the bov sitting on the steering u joint},, then had a half engine code pop up, I have a p3 gauge so a code popped up and was 3OFF... pulled over and noticed my bov was off.. anyone else have this happen to them>?...... had to have some tools brought out to me and got he snap ring and O ring seated properly and all is well, holding boost a bit better actually... got the charge pipe from Evolution racewerks a few days ago..

I have a CP from Evolution Racewerks and the HKS BOV never any problem with either.

I think the snap ring just wasn't seated all the way. I seated it properly and had my boost at about 20psi and held fine.. that pop though dam made me sweat for a minute followed by a half engine light I thought I blew something more serious.. I was out running it most of last night and things are good. was just weird. I heard nothing but good things about the ER CP n BOV and im happy with them it was just that one instance, was curious if it happened to others.
