Congrats mate.. I posted the very same thing after dropping off my 135i vert and picking up the 1M.. By the time I got home, the 135i was just a memory.

Hi Guys,
My car has been offloaded in Fremantle, the ship arrived two days ago. Can anyone tell me how many days it should take to go through compliance and dealer delivery? Is it true that each dealer is allowed a certain number of accelerated priority releases per month?

From April to July, it doesn't sound right. As others have previously noted, need to get allocated VIN and track progress.

Mine took 6 calendar days after car was discharged from ship. It was one of those priority deliveries. I was told each dealer allowed 4 priorities per month. You should be driving yours in a few days

Thought i read about the priority release somewhere, fingers crossed it won't be two weeks or more.

Mine was built 3rd week of June...one of the last few 1Ms out of production line. Hope they had enough parts to complete the build!

Dealer called and said delivery expected mid Sept. I might call back and ask for VIN.

Ian, how do you track the progress with the VIN? Thanks.

All production ends now in June/July. Shipping is 6-8 weeks, so should be on boat by now if July. Ask for the VIN#, then you can track it on WW

Yes. You won't be able to track it until it is booked though which is usually 1-2 days before it is schedule to leave the port to your dealer. Just the part vin will do.

Was stopped yesterday whilst parking the car at the boat ramp under Tom Ugly's bridge Sylvania.

The guy informed me that his wife has a VO 1M with black wheels on order from Canterbury BMW similar to mine.

He was driving a Grand Jeep Cherokee... Anyone here ??

thanks guys. Good to finally be off the sidelines. Though i had to take off to Fiji with the family next day so only just had my second look at it tonite. cant wait for some decent miles under the belt

Picking up my 1M on wednesday evening, it's been so long I can't really believe its happening. I hope autoclassic throw in some mats or free servicing for my 10+ months of being patient...
