135i KW CS Setting Question

Guys who track, What would be a good starting point as far as rebound/compression settings. As of now I am from full stiff the following.

Front Rebound (-4 clicks)
Front Compression (-4 clicks)

Rear Rebound (-4 Clicks)
Rear Compressions (-6 Clicks )

This setting is not bad but I still have plenty of body roll but traction is amazing. I don't have a Front Sway Bar as I do not want understeer, Also no rear sway because no lsd. If it Matters I run square 245/40 tires.

Sorry just saw this.

Do you happen to know the spring rates?

Also, assuming the clicks are out of 12 total?

Lastly, what tires?

I never run less compression in the rear than front.

Front springs are roughly 390lb/in, the rears are around 580 I believe.

Rates are an OK starting point. You'll find many running close to 400/800 (or 400/700).
Try the dampers on full hard.
Then full soft.
Then front on hard and rear on soft. etc.
This should give you an impression of what each change will feel like and help you work out what is best for you.

As lowside mentioned, "Front springs are roughly 390lb/in, the rears are around 580 I believe." The clicks I believe are 14 but around there. I run 245/40 17 BF Goodrich Gforce Rivals Square. I have a lot of body roll and I want to control this as much as possible also want to control understeer. I run -2.5 Camber all around

Body roll is a function of sway bars and spring rates. Shock adjustments won't do anything to limit this. Shock adjustments control the RATE at which a shock can compress and extend.

Also, way too much camber in the wheel, IMO. Not enough up front.

Sounds like you need a bigger front sway bar. Flatter cornering = better for our MacPherson front strut design

If you're traction is 'amazing', then your dampers are probably adjusted within ballpark range. I'd make very small adjustments at this point.

Thanks for the tip, I have been hesitant on the front sway but you make a good point
