NT01s

Nitto makes a 225/40R18 tire, but they do not make a 255/35 R18 tire. They do, however, make at 245/40 R18 tire. Does anyone know if that would fit on the stock wheels/stock suspension without rubbing?
Thank you!

Too tall. Especially for the NT01 which runs super wide. Try 235/40 for the rears. Trust me, a 235 NT01 = ~245-255 street tire...

They do not have a 240/35.
Perhaps running R888s in 255/35 size would be the best option.

Subscribed.

My square 255/35R18 Dunlop Direzza Z-II's tires setup are almost due, but so is the lapping season where I live.

Thinking or DOT legal entry level R-comps tires next such as NT01 or R888. Maybe Ill use EP tires again such as Hankook R-S3 v2, Yokohama AD08R, or maybe the newer Dunlop Z-II StarSpecs.

Goal is to fit widest/stickiest rubber possible. 255/35R18 Bridgestone RE-11's and Dunlop ZII's were pretty good during my first two lapping seasons, but would like to try something new, and decrease my lap times.

Overall diameter of RE-11 255/35R18 tire is 25"
Sectional Width = 10.2"
Tread width = 9.4"

Dunlop Z-II diameter of 255/35R18 tire is also 25"
Sectional Width = 10.2"
Tread width = 9.6"

Toyo R888 diameter of 255/35R18 tire is 25.1"
Sectional Width = 10.2"
Tread width = 9.5"

Nitto NT01 diameter of 235/40R18 tire is 25.39"
Overall width = 9.49"

Nitto NT01 diameter of 245/40R18 tire is 25.55"
Overall width = 9.72"
