Driver side weatherstrip damaged

Hey gang,

I just noticed what appears to be damage to my driver's side weather strip. The area where the door joins the rear window. At the very top, it appears that the weather strip has been torn. Anyone ever see this before? I'm worried about how the dealer might repair this (Hopefully they don't blame me for this... The car is one week old.). I'm worried that whatever they have to remove to fix the weather strip won't be put back in the same fashion...

Thoughts? Anyone ever see this before?
