Labor costs for roof and rear quarter panel replacement?

Ive called a couple local shops but cant get a good quote. Im looking for someone that has had this work done and is willing to share the associated costs. I know its not cheap, but im thinking of doing a sunroof delete and 1m rear fenders/bumper.
