Is APEX Wheels doing a special "2-for-1" sale?????
A few days ago, I ordered a pair of ARC8 in 17x8.5 ET40 for the front fitment of my 135i. Shipping was prompt, then again, it was only from NorCal to SoCal. Fast forward two days later, and my wheels are now here! I got home from work tonight, and this is what I found:
 I figured one wheel per box, no big deal. I opened box #1, pulled out a wheel (which was very well packaged!), moved over to box #2 and pulled out wheel number two. After staring for a bit at how gorgeous these things are, I went to chuck the boxes into the trash, when I noticed how heavy they still were? I thought it was packaging insulation, but I pulled all of the insulation out, and found another wheel in each box! Here's a picture of the wheels. I didn't want to open anything unnecessarily, or mess with them, since I have only rightfully paid for two of them:  I double checked my invoice that I received from APEX, and it very clearly says "Quantity: 2". I checked my bank statement, and it was the same amount that I approved after purchasing the two wheels. The packages came with the shipping invoice from APEX, which also states "Quantity: 2".   I just called Eddy with the phone number supplied on the box, and left a message as they had closed up shop for the night. I can't believe APEX sent me four wheels, for the price of two! What should I do? If this is the APEX level of customer service, consider me a customer for life!!!!
