Does anyone know when COBB is going to release the official stage 1 tune not just the beta? and is there a timeframe for stage 2 yet?

Honestly, I'm not sure why the stage 1 is in the beta stage, my car drives just as good if not better than stock with the aggressive stock throttle map.

Same here. Plus better fuel mileage in normal driving.

Getting about 1 mpg better in my daily trip back and forth to work which is 65 miles round trip. And I'm not driving for economy!

4%, or about 10whp.

But peak shouldn't really be what you should focus on, its the shape and area of the curve in total

Yup.

The 4% is as advertised on COBB's website, the 10whp delta was based on a actual dyno result, which translates to 3.2% for those mathematically anal

Ok thanks

Do you think it's worth it? Or should I go with some other tune? BTW, looking for a flash that I can install and uninstall whenever I want.

Thanks

COBB still haven't released the official stage 1. This goes to show how much they rely on the people with the beta tune for their input and comments before making final tweaks. Hopefully final release isn't too far away, not to mention stage 2....
