Bimmerstock 2012 - rounding up all the 1addicts!!!

All those interested in caravaning and parking together at Bimmerstock, lets get a thread going. I have the same info on our Facebook group page but wanted to post it here as well.

For all those of you who don't know...Bimmerstock is this Sunday September 9 - from 11am-4pm in Glen Cove, NY

When:
Sunday, September 9, 2012
11 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Vehicle check in - 8 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.

Where:
Downtown Business District
1 School st. Glen Cove, NY 11542

For all those interested in the caravan to the show and hopefully us parking together..
Here is the meet up info:

Meeting Point 1 - Fort Totten Park - Right across the Whitestone Bridge - 8:30 am - depart 8:45am

Meeting Point 2 - TJ Maxx parking lot at intersection of Northern Blvd and Glen Cove Rd - 9:05am - depart upon arrival with LI 1addicts - 90 Northern Blvd., Greenvale, NY

Final Destination - Bimmerstock - 2 School St., Glen Cove, NY 11542 - arrival by 9:15am.


Please post up a list if you are attending and are interested in meeting up along the way. I'll be bringing 2 cars myself since its is a charity event to a good cause!

No longer meeting in NJ due to lack of interest.
Meeting instead at Fort Totten Park across the Whitestone before Cross Island at 8:30am, depart 8:45am.

Arriving at 2 School St., Glen Cove, NY by 9:15am for vehicle check-in.

What do you have in mind?
I'm not familiar with that area so I figured Fort Totten would be the logical meet-up point outside of LI.
Does it make sense to meet up a little before the show with the LI 1 addicts?

There is a large parking lot on the corner of northern blvd and glen cove rd that would be a great place to meet. There is a TJ Maxx there The LIers could meet the group from fort toten there and we could all head there together

If you can round up the LI guys to meet us there, this is 20 min from Fort Totten according to Google Maps.

But we would be pushing it with time since registration to park in the show ends at 9:30am...10 min ride from the parking lot at Northern Blvd to 2 School St. Im thinking we literally arrive at the parking lot and just roll out from there.

It is definitely in the way, so I'm willing to do it! Updated first post.
