Rear license plate bolt size?

I picked my car up at a Chevy dealer who naturally couldn't find proper bolts for the license plate. Does anyone know the dimensions / thread size of the OEM license plate bolts?

I think it is #13. M5x16mm Looks like they use a torx though: T5x16mm
