oil filter housing leak and oil sensor leak

Title says it all, I have both. 08 128i with 64k miles....I understand this is covered under my CPO which is valid through nov 2014. Just wanted someone to confirm these items are covered AND that I should only have to pay $50 which is the per visit charge.

Finally got an answer back from bmw....both are covered, and they'll come pick it up from my work, leaving me with a loaner car. Sweet!
