Expected wait after docking?
Hi there, I was curious which of you have ordered in California/Coastal United States, and about how long it took them to get the car from the port to the dealer? I'm trying to arrange the sale of my current car within a week or so of the new car, and my boat is expected to dock on 12/2/11 at Port Hunueme, and then be delivered up here to Santa Clara (~350 miles or so). Thanks!

I'm not in CA so not exactly applicable to you but for what it's worth, my car took 10 days to get on a truck after the boat docked in Port Hueneme. It then took 4 days on the truck to the dealer (distance of just over 1000 miles).
The car is awesome.. it was well worth the wait. |

thanks for the reply. i'm hoping it's only a day from truck to dealer, but i have no idea how long it will take to get off the dock. it seems to be a wild card, i tried googling it with no luck. thanks again for the reply!

I would suggest that you ask your sales guy to tell you what the system says for the ETA. Mine was Nov 23rd and the car was at the dealer on the 22nd, delivered the next day. It was pretty much dead on.
