New 128i owner here

Hello all,
Just picked up a 128i and have been surfing the web and came across this site. I love the info I can pick up from forums and the free exchange of ideas...and of course, the entertainment value, haha.
This is my second Bimmer, the 330xi was my first. Currently have a Mustang GT as well, but with me moving farther from work, the 12 mpg was hitting my wallet hard...and I saw it as an "excuse" to get another car.
A little about me, I was a Goodyear mechanic for a few years, then got into logistics management. I am an avid DIYer, and look forward to making the 128i "my own".

Most importantly, as with any forum, I use the search function religiously. I'm not a big poster, more of a reader and researcher, but am more than willing to help out in any way I can.
So keep up the good work, and I'll keep reading until I break the internet. Thanks and look forward to the forum experience.

I'll try to get some pics up soon. Its been raining on and off, so she's not looking her best.
As of right now, she's 100% stock. I did order a performance spoiler and have some wheels in the garage ready to go, so hopefully I can do a before/after thing.

Haha, well, i'll make you a deal...if its something I know something about, I'll post. I usually read a lot on the forums, cause if I ever have issues, I know someone on the forum has had them too, and found a solution.

If I had FB, I would. I'm not against FB at all, but I've had some crazy ex's, and don't need them harassing me, haha. Although, now that you mention it, one of them did make a fake FB profile of me...not too flattering, haha.

Mostly cosmetic. I have a Mustang GT for my performance rush, so the 128i will be more for my daily commuter. But no reason she can't look good and handle like a dream! So far I have some wheels in my garage, a spoiler on the way, and some other stuff will be added. Its a great forum to see what others have done, and get a better picture of what specific parts will look like. I am trying to go for a black/white look with my Alpine White bimmer.

In the future, I'll look into lowering. In the past, I've had great luck with KYB adjustable shocks/struts.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
