Typical Boost with Cobb AP 3?

What kind of boost levels are you guys hitting? I'm running stage 1 Sport LT on 91 with an all stock car and seeing 17-18 PSI at peak boost.

The target boost for Stage 1 Sport is 11psi tapering down to 9.5psi by redline according to the map notes from Cobb. Make sure you aren't running the Stage 1+ FMIC maps if you don't have one yet. I'm running Stage 2 Sport and usually get 11-12psi (target is 11). This thread on E90post might explain why you're seeing those boost levels.

Cobb does not target a set number. It targets load. One of the biggest misconceptions is reading PEAK boost number which could be inflated due to a throttle closure.

Log your vehicle, I'm sure it's well within the norm as it really cant stray away from the set parameters within.

At higher elevation it will require more boost to reach target load too.

This! I am running the Cobb V2 and am fortunate to have Cobb Surgeline in the area. I went in and showed them a couple logs of peak boost numbers getting as high as 21psi on stage 2 map. They said that when you let off the gas the throttle closure will cause a inflated number.
