Hi,

Noticed there were a few threads onthe M1 boards about racetracks that offer public drag races.

Can you tell me which ones still do this in Germany or within 4-5 hours of Ramstein? Looking for something else to do on a track that isn't Nurburgring.

Hockenheim also has tourist drives every month. But everything is winding down for the end of summer. I checked their website, but it doesn't look like they have any for the rest of the year... http://www.hockenheimring.net/termine


Maybe you mean track events like German Race Wars ? They do 1/4 and 1/8 mile racing all over Germany. Mostly in(on) the former East German air bases now decommissioned.

Germany doesn't have any real drag strips. It just isn't a sport over here like in the states.
