Yeah yeah, I am sure it will be extremely expensive, but the numbers they are talking about are impressive. Looks like a fun build.

I'm pretty sure you don't need a 1m to do this, it should also fit in a 135.

They have already done a 135i conversion to a 1m with a m3 v8 but without the supercharger. Don't feel like digging up right now.
