Removing Avant Garde wheel center caps

I just bought some new wheels for my 1M from Avant Garde. They came with AG center caps, but it looks a lot like the OEM caps will fit. Does anyone have experience with removing AG center caps (without breaking them)? I tried softly punching from the back, but they didn't really budge. I'm attaching a couple pictures, in case they help.

Thanks,
Chris

In case you're interested, I tried a different wheel, and that cap popped out more easily. Unfortunately, the OEM caps are a couple mm too big.

Use more force from inside/behind the wheel. Those caps should pop right out.

BMW makes several different dia roundels. Once those caps are out, measure the dia of the hole and go to your dealer and see what they have on hand.
