I got the KW v3.... and they are amazing.... I didn't think they needed any adjustments at all. They were perfect as they came out of the box

Half way in the front and 3/4 in the back. Car has 1 inch rake. Looks real good. Get plenty of looks and compliments.

I have the 313 wheels on my e82 and there is some rubbing going on in the front. Gets worse when I go lock to lock. Looking at putting some 5mm spacers in the front see if that helps it.

Yes. Coilovers won't get rid of the floaty feeling completely. You really need front M3 control arms and rear sub-frame bushings to get rid of the floaty/bouncy feeling. I run them pretty low with aggressive wheels and tires. What camber plates did you end up getting? I have vorshlag. They are a must. I run my coilovers dampening on full-hard as my daily and like the way it rides. The only problem with them is that the front springs are not linear, so they aren't necessarily a good "race" setup. They aren't super stiff. I will eventually go with a linear setup that is 3-way adjustable, because the KW V2 aren't really stiff enough for my liking. If it's going to be a daily, and you want a nice comfortable ride, they are a good setup. Definitely quality too. Strong as can be.

Dont forget Bogart that he's missing 2 cylinders and a 1L of displacement...he's making at least 75+ hp/tq to the wheels.

That's true... forgot it's an 2.0L inline 4. I almost got one before I bought the 1er.

Did you end up getting the DCT or 6MT?

Didn't grab any yet I'm def leaning towards your coilovers any advice would be appreciated on the subject, This suspension and tires will be the first i would like to change on the car,as I think more power would be overkill with out addressing these sissue good sir, as I said before any advice would be appreciated sir

Tires: I would go with RE-11's
Vorshlag camber plates
Talk to Harold @ HPA about what coilovers would be best
Get the M3 front control arms and rear bushings
If you have the money, do a LSD
