Need a very friendly dealership for service

Hey guys.
I've been encountering this metallic clunking noise at idle when the car is warm from time to time. What happens is, the rpms will drop 2-300 rpms from idle and as soon as it drops I get a metallic clunking noise. I have 86k on my 135i and I've been to Vista and they wont help me out. Does anyone know of a good dealerships in south florida that can help me out along with an advisors name? I plan on pulling a vaccum line out to create an CEL as well.

Myles, sounds like your high pressure fuel pump. Have you had it changed out?

2nd one went in 2010. I've got rough idle when cold start up and rpms rest at 800 rpms instead of the normal 600.
