Ya, I did that for 2 years with my last car and never got a ticket, but had the front sticker taken off my new one when I had the windshield tinted, and also decided to get fancy custom plates.

I decided to get the US Millworks front tow hook plate bracket, will get the ticket signed off, and then take it right off. O=)

Take picture of ur car with license plate on and have copy of ur registration and mail it in with $10 Check payable to city of los angeles.....I got 2 ticket for those in 2wks...

You can't just send in a picture can you? I'm pretty sure you have to get it signed off at a local sheriff's station, pay their fun inspection fee, then send that sign off along in with the ticket.

you dont have to get it sign when you have proof of picture.
