Well I finally have joined the 1er ranks. Today I picked up my 2009 sapphire black 135i with Nav/usb/ipod/bluetooth/ and ///M sports package. Very excited about the car and slowly learning. Hope to get to meet more people in the K-town/Germany area and find out where the meets are at. Also own a US specs 1989 E30 325i that is my dd and track baby. I'm also a Hockenheim and Nurburgring fanatic

Looking very forward to learn alot and uncork the potential on this engine and car itself. Pics will be coming once the weather is better over here (rain rain and more rain).

Thanks for the comments. I wanted to get some pics in today before going to the track tomorrow, but a couple of raindrops started coming and had to hide her for a bit then it got dark. More to come tomorrow, from the track. These are for the meantime......

This is my trusty E30. She will be for sale eventually. Just not yet.

Okay, this is before I left in the morning out to Hockenheim GP for open track day. New additions since today are the BMW Performance Pedals and Shift Knob. Pics later on, camera was dead

What followed me to the track......

And my other partner's car. This one is in the ludicrous speed fast.

Gorgeous! Congratulations. Man, there's sure a handful of nice cars over there.

My Coupe was Jet Black... before I traded it in on the 'vert. Love the look. You guys get the better-looking wheels, IMO.

Hey... did you change the front grill to black yourself?... or can you order it that way over there?

The grill is a BMW Performance part. You should be able to get it at the dealer. I can post up the part numbers if you want.
