Order status bar
I have a question that I have not seen discussed before. If so, sorry for the repost. Does the \"production begins\" status mean exactly that? The reason I ask is that the 800 number still says I have no confirmed date yet and my dealership couldn\'t tell me my build week. Please tell me my car started production!!!

I'm in the same boat. The website showed that my car entered production last Friday, but the phone system has not updated from the 'scheduled for production with no confirm build date' message.

Your CA typically has access to the most updated information. Historically, the phone system updates faster than the website. However, this wasn't always the rule when I tracked my car's production status. Production started, though, means you are well on your way. The caveat, though, is that I find it odd that your dealership is unable to provide you with a build week.

The tracking systems are always behind and not always in sync - the 800 number may say one thing while the website may say another. For example, the ship my car is on will get stateside on Monday, yet the website just changed to "en route" yesterday even though the car left on 09/29.
