I missed the last one so I could ride my bike 50km at 5am the next morning in Lycra..

After being recruited by my personal trainers I became addicted to the bike.. Bastards are everywhere these days - I miss the old nsw labour government - cameras everywhere but no frighten personal trainers...

That run to Coloma was such a classic!! Need to catch up for sure...
