Me too... it'll arrive on the 26th. I think I'll install it the same time I reinstall the catted downpipes. Once you get the car on the lift, stuff is super easy to access down there. I could probably get them swapped in 40 minutes.

Just got the tracking number. Mine should be here this Friday 27; but don't have time to install this weekend and the next 4 weekend neither. It is because I will be in Hong Kong and China the next 4 weeks for vacation.

If you have a lift you could have them swapped in less than an hour. Just use an electric drill with a 8mm socket to remove the belly pan; you'll save about 6 minutes right there.

yeah, if I've a lift, everything would be easy. Just jacking the front end up with jack+stands will probably take 20mins...then lowering it back down is another 20mins.. ROFL

This would be a piece of cake for me. My son works for Honda and he is going to install it for me.

So it looks like the front bar comes with new endlinks?

Yes it comes with new endlinks (got my package yesterday, woot!).
For the people without confirmations yet, my shipping email came from fedex directly from Hotchkis. They are shipping based in order of payment received afaik (looks like akak1997 jumped on it before I did |

God damnit, I just figured out that the rubbing and grinding I'm experiencing are because I installed the sway upside down. How the hell did I make that mistake! The sway is supposed to go OVER the steering rack control arms, not under. Sheesh. I hope I haven't damaged anything permanently. I won't be able to fix it until tomorrow though...

Got it today. Installed it tonight. Snowing here in Denver, so no testing for a day or two....
I actually kept the stock endlinks in place for simplicity. I am running a full TC Kline coilover set up with near 3 degrees of negative camber and have set the ride height equal on both sides so there was no preload on the bar. We shall see how they fair. |

Are you suppose to install the new end link or it doesn't matter to keep the old one? What is the advantage to keep the old one, save installation time?

Any idea when all the orders will be shipped by? Was hoping to have it and get it installed this weekend for the first autocross of the year on Sunday in our region, obviously not going to happen...

I just got a response from Harold:
"Apparently, the bars are ready to go, but some they are short of some hardware. 14+ front kits on 1addicts list and 5+ front and rear kits on E90post is a large order for any manufacture to fill. Hotchkis say early to mid next week for the last batch to ship." |
