Mission 2 Drive Sales Event Question

Does anyone know if the incentives that are part of the Mission2Drive Sales Event apply to cars ordered during this period, or if the incentives only apply to purchases/leases of "on the lot" cars?

To ordered cars as well. I just ordered one and got that event applied to my deal.
