I would like to know this as well. I have these same wheels and searching for tires. I have a 135i with stock sport suspension. I was going with 225/255 sizes, but I would do 235/265 if they won't rub and no issues.

So does anybody know for sure on stock sport suspension will 235/265 and CS7 wheels work with no rubbing isssues? I want to get tires soon. I was considering these Hankook Ventus Evo V12s and Goodyear F1 Asymetrics. Thanks.

Very nice setup!

Not really an apples to apples comparison though if you're talking about light weight 8.5"/9.5" wheels at 18lbs vs. 25/26lbs though. But if you don't need those features these are a great choice.

Your negative camber and rear roll definitely help the rear fitment.

Great pics.

22lbs, not 25/26lbs.

Hey Clap, you have an opinion on the above setup?

Anyone else know if these sizes will fit?

Thanks guys.

Matt,

For some reason I can not use the PM function on this board. I have tried to call both of the numbers listed on your signature but I get no answer or voice mail.

I have a couple of questions and I would like a quote for the CS7's (Gunmetal) with the Dunlops Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec 225/40/10 Front and 255/35/18 Rear.

What is the best way to contact you?

Thank you

Without a suspension it will work in the rear, pretty sure of it. The front however, I can't honestly say it will work. I am running camber plates and probably have enough room for a 255, my 235 is not even close to rubbing.

Thanks Clap for the reply. OBTW, your setup looks great. I bet it handles very nicely as well.

I decided to go the conservative route. I just ordered Goodyear F1 Asymetrics in 225/40-18 and 255/35-18 for my CS7 wheels. I will see how much extra space is available, then maybe next time go for the 235/265. Also, many others will have experimented by then.

Nice looking setup. How much clearance do you have to the strut up front? I have the same suspension, and I've been looking at the Apex wheels, but I don't think I can clear a 235 on a 8.5" wheel.
