Enkei RPF1 For my 1

I'm looking to fit Enkei RPF1 wheels on my 135i coupe. On Tirerack they are listed to fit the on the 1 series but to me it doesn't sound like it will based on what I have read up on. Specs are a 18x8.5 all around with a 40offset, seems a bit to low . I would be willing to run OEM size nonRFT tires even though they front will be stretched, i would really like to run 225/255 or 225/245 if i have to. Can some of you knowledgeable wheels guys tell me if it can be done?
Here is a link to the wheels on their website.

I thought about those RPF1s for my 1er, but if you read the fine print, they are 300 per wheel, plus another 100 for center caps AND you have to use enkei's special bolts for the wheels, probably will ship with a centering ring too.

Notice this info on tirerack.com about the RPF1s (from your link):
The following wheel-specific hardware will be included with your order at no additional charge.

(20) Required lugbolt for vehicle

Check the tire fitment quide, there are dozens of setups on there in your wheel size.

the wheel size will work, but be careful as some tire brands run wider than the same size tire in a different brand.

TireRack also says that 9" OZ wheels with a 40 offset will fit the 1er too...and they dont without massive modifications.

RPF1's are the cleanest looking rims. Would look really wicked on a lowered 1.
