Arrive Paris, France (CDG) local 6:55AM (12:55AM EST)
Check into Le Meridien Montparnasse
Sleep / Tour Paris
Paris City Hop-on Hop-off Tour - 9:30am to 8:08pm
Paris Illuminations Night Tour @ 9pm

Wednesday, Sept 17, 2008
Paris City Hop-on Hop-off Tour - 9:30am to 8:08pm
The Louvre 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.- not reserved. (Open on wed not tues)
Depart Paris France (CDG) local 7:00pm (1:00PM EST)
Arrive Munich Germany (MUC) local 8:30pm

Thursday, Sept 18, 2008
Check-in to BMW Welt local 9:30AM (1:30AM EST)
Receive car at local 11:30AM, tour Welt, BMW museum
Depart Germany head towards Bolzano, Italy, check-in at Parkhotel Laurin.

Friday, Sept 19, 2008
Depart Bolzano towards Florence, via Stelvio Pass arrive in Florence, check in to Hotel Via Fiesole approx driving time 3h40min

Saturday, Sept 20, 2008
Take bus from hotel to Florence and explore on foot
Florence City Hop-On Hop-Off Tour 9:00am to 11:00pm

Sunday, Sept 21, 2008
Take bus or drive to Venice and explore on foot / return back to Florence
Venice Walking Tour and Gondola Ride @ 3pm

Monday Sept 22, 2008
Depart Florence for Bra Cuneo via Genova (Approx driving time 4hr23min), arrive and check-in at Albergo Cantine Ascheri in Bra.

Tuesday, Sept 23, 2008
Work in Bra 1 day, depart Bra 3pm heading towards Nurburg (driving time 8hr49min) hopefully with the help of some red bull.

Check-in to Hotel Am Tiergarten

Wednesday, Sept 24, 2008
After Nurburgring, depart Nurburg for Munich, approx driving time 5hrs, check in at Hotel Prinzregent An Der Messe

Thursday, Sept 25, 2008
Drop off BMW at drop-off location in Munich, meet Rolf and depart Harms for Franz Josef Strauss airport, depart Munich local time 3:25PM. Arrive Newark airport 6:30PM EST.

Looks like we'll both be travelling on my birthday. I'll be in the Caribbean and you'll be in Paris. I've got a while longer to wait for my ED. Sounds like a great itinerary, enjoy!

All I can say is be sure to take as many pictures as physically possible. You'll be staring at them for hours once you get home.

Its been a long time coming! I lived vicariously through you in May/June when you did ED and that was the closest I felt to the actual experience.

I'll have to either rent or buy a Canon 10-22 in the next 20 days or so. :biggrin:

Checking in from the Marriott in Munich, after 2 awesome nights in Paris. Too late now to hit Hofbrauhaus and pick-up is tomorrow. Gonna try and sneak in some pics of the Welt tonight if there's enough light.

Simply amazing....every car on the autobahn is a BMW, Mercedes or Audi, only saw 2 non-German cars so far!

Well guys I got my car, I think I really used up ALOT of my delivery specialist time, my appt began at 10:20 and we finished and shook hands at 11:35, and I requested to keep my car on the turntable for some additional time to set up my tripod and take pics.

Uploading my pics now from my wife's point and shoot, the dSLR pics will come later. We're just back at the Marriott now so my wife can switch from heels to flat shoes LOL then going back to the museum and the factory tour around 3:30.
