Two questions for everyone!

1) ok so now that I have the amazing looking performance grill what should i do with the other one?

a)paint it a variety of colors(dark red, blue, our brake color) and see how it looks?
b)sell it? anyone want the 135i piece?
c)put it in the box and do nothing?

2) so who knows where to get a set of carbon fiber roundels for the hood like here on EAS website, they do not have it for the e82(1series) http://www.europeanautosource.com/in...fb88d439773f04 does anyone know if any of these will fit onto our ones?

LOL.
1. I'd just keep it stored as the original equipment that stays/goes with the car. Simple enough.
2.:iono: Good question.

I'd keep it.

I got an aftermarket grille for a car once. I was about to chuck the original one, but held on to it for no real reason. I was glad I kept it when about a year later, someone stole the grille off my car on Halloween night.

What I do is keep the original stuff and when I sell the car I take the accessories off the car and sell them on e-bay. I usually can get more than half original retail price for used accessories in good shape.

I woudl just keep it. The stock 135i M Sport front looks just fine. You may find it comes in handy in case (God forbid) you smuck the front and opt to repair/replace it yourself instead of going through insurance. Or, when it comes time to sell, if the bumper you have now is all scratched and marred with rock chips, put the original back on and it will look just like new.

Roundels can be found on eBay. I know, as I have been looking. Caution though, most of these sellers don't know the actual size on the new 1 Series and assume its the same as a 3 Series (which I don't think they are).
