Is it possible to get individual paint on a 2012 128i/135i
I'm getting conflicting info. on this one.
I know the 1M was not offered this option by virtue of being built in Leipzig. Is the same applicable to the regular 1 series as well ?? |

No Individual paint options for any 1er's.
Not yet at least. I was told "maybe" when the M2 comes out, by the people at Leipzig Werk. There have been a handful of "special customer" cars built with Individual paint... but only like six or so. AND you have to be very well connected and not concerned with the price/costs. Probably 10K to 20K for just the paint. Regular Individual paint option runs about 5K euros. But it is not setup for one series production.

thx, thats what I thought
i'm not that inclined/rich to spend that kind of money  i read somewhere on the forum that someone got this option on a regular 1er btw, is priority one color the same as individual color ?? |

A priority one option just means BMW needs a buyer for that unit/car in order for them to build it. You won't see any priority one options sitting on a dealer's lot. The car HAS to be ordered that way.

you can get individual color on any bmw. just gotta be willing to pay
