Minneapolis Audio Installer?
Morning guys - I'm in the midst of pricing out a couple different options for an audio system, and I'd like to begin talking to local installers. Any recommendations near Minneapolis? I'd like to find a shop that's worked on the 1 series. Barring that, a shop that's known for doing great work on BMWs.

Hadn't planned on it. From everything I've read, the HU sounds like it's far too integrated to make that an easy swap. I can do everything I want to do with the existing HU. Components, underseats, amp, and DSP of some sort initially, then possibly a side-mounted sub in the trunk down the line. MusicarNW's Level 1 package seems close to what I need.
I've gotten a couple installer recommendations from gearheads I know, both suggested I be prepared to pay for the complexity of dealing with BMW electronics. That makes me REALLY want to track down a shop that works with BMW systems regularly. -Dan |
