M3 control arms vibration

Hello, I have had a persistent steering vibration above 50mph. I have had my wheels/tires checked, and road forces balanced twice + alignment. After reviewing a few threads, I have come to to the conclusion that my control arms need to be replaced. I want to upgrade the control arms to the 1m/m3 arms, but I'm concerned with NVH, and steering feel. From what I have read, the steering feel is greatly improved, but in which sense? I'm wondering if there is any increase in steering vibration with the 1m/m3 arms? It wouldn't make sense to upgrade to these, if there was an increase in steering vibration. Any input is appreciated. Thanks

Some steering vibration is common with the M control arms at really low speeds such as backing out of a garage or maneuvering into tight spots. Not a problem once you set off though.
