what are the offsets? 58mm 45mm? - & is a staggered 18x8.5 & 18x9.5?

The offsets are: Front 18x8.5" ET45 & Rear 18x9.5" ET58.

I prefer to keep them together although I will separate as long as I get my asking price for them together.
