BTW - how do you like the CG polishes?
I like them. They seem to spread well and very low dust. I havent had much time using them but so far i cant complain. I bought the sample pack to see what i wanted. I will be buying the V36 and V38.

Now the V07 i cant say enough about. It is leaps and bounds ahead of any spray i have ever used

There are tons of people who dont like IPA wipedowns and also a ton who do. All that matters is that the finish product is what you are pleased with.
That's it in a nutshell.

All of the best methods to detail your vehicle are the best because of one thing, really: time.

You can treat your paint however you want. You can use whatever method you like the best. In the end, all of these products are designed to achieve the same thing- a protected, uniform surface (so it reflects light perfectly) in the least amount of time possible.

Check out Scholls Concept Polishes.. High Quality and pretty cheap too! Also, theres nothing better than a Rupes Random Orbital Polisher.. Virtually no vibration.

Interesting. Never heard of that polish. I still have a ton of menzerna stuff.

I use the griots garage DA polisher. The rupes polishers are great though. I had a chance to use one last summer. Very nice. The griots is good enough for me though. It's not painful to use in terms of vibrations.

You will love the v series compounds, I don't think it is possible to make them dust. I will have to give hybrid v7 a try. I have been using wolfgang liquid deep gloss sealant as a wipe on walk away product after washes and like the results. It is very hydro-phobic and seems to keep the car very clean during daily driving.

What pads did you use with which compounds? I'm trying to get my SB looking better than it does.
