H&R super sport or coilovers?

So I want to lower my car for next summer I just got this car few months a go and a lot of ppl I see are running H&R super sport springs I like the drop on them but how is the ride ?
Last time I had tein s techs on my Rsx was horrible and I said I'd never go springs again. Or what's a good decent set of coil overs I no they are a lot more money is it worth it what do you guys recommend like kw is 1500$ and up compared to H&R $450 ish

If you want the Super Sport drop, you will need to change the stock dampers. I'd look for a H&R Cup kit.

h/r springs will do the trick, it will drop the car about an 1 1/2 in. the look will be awesome and the car will handle even better. by dropping the car it will feel like the steering gets tighter and there wont be any body roll when going around curves.

springs= 250.00
drop = 175.00
alinement= 225.00
---------
650.00

IMO, I would go for coilovers. It is paired with the right shocks plus height adjustability. You will get a drop in springs alone but you will also shorten the life of stock shocks and costing you more money.
