My E-tone didn't translate. It is in fact #58 based on the VIN. I said that like if it were pouring rain outside and I were inside and said "guess I'll need an umbrella"

Haha, got it.

At least you know it is an authentic 135is.

Nice on the real 135is but painting the 313's black is sacrilege. Buy it and bring that car back to life.

Alright I'm in the club guys. Just picked up a riced out 135is in mineral gray with black interior with the blue stitching and black painted 313s!

$21k with 59k miles.

Mineral grey is very nice. Congrats. Please post the “before” photo and then the “after” once you make it right again.

The CarMax listing is gone but I found this. This is the car I bought.

http://www.autoquid.com/car-detail/3-series/2013-BMW-3-Series-135-is-2013-BMW-135-IS-Turbo_273256105746.html

I found some things under the hood that don't look stock to me but I plan to pull everything not stock. Guess I'm too old to mod anymore. Also be on the lookout for my part out. I'm selling most of my things mainly cosmetics.

Looks good! The black rims aren't too bad actually, could get used to em. Those M badges are straight up awful though, that guy have some kind of inferiority complex? Even the M license plate frame, come on.

The blue stitching on the seats guarantees its an IS, didn't need to check the vin for that!

Congrats!

Yeah, the black wheels are really growing on me already so I may leave them on and beside I have a brand new set of 313 sitting in storage. There is a brand new set of pirelli P zero on them! I've tried 3 different runflats Dunlop, Bridgestone and Pirelli. Bridgestone and Pirelli are tolerable but those Dunlops are basically made of stone!

But yeah, those M badges are junk! I don't really mind that he took off the outside badges but it really stings that he took off the one on the dash. I'll never be able to find that

Here is the interior 135is badge. It says "Limited Qty Sale," so don't know if it's still available or for how long.

Fug yeah!!! Thanks man, just ordered it even though it almost cost as much to ship as the item itself lol.

Thanks again!

Edit: just found a 335is badge! Now I have to buy another 135i badge to complete me. Going to cost me like $100 to re-badge myself though I should've taken my old badge off my car before I turned it in.

Since selling my 135is in October i have missed a sports car. Contemplated a 1M or a new M2 Competition but decided against both and will be picking this up on Friday.

I actually prefer the cayman as well but as this will be mostly a pleasure vehicle (with the occasional auto-x / track day) I opted for the Boxster.

We just got our 718 Boxster on Monday. I'd love to take some real photos of it but it's been raining almost non-stop since we got it. These are the dealer photos:

There are so many Black/White/Silver Porsches out there, and this Lava Orange one with black 20" Carrera wheels spoke to us.

I gave up on getting an M2 and appreciate the mini M2 in my 135is.

Looks stunning. I was looking at a Lava Orange 718 BS with black 20" CS wheels as well in Florida but it didn't have the options I was looking for and to far away to actually see in person. I really wanted Guards Red (if I were to order one I would have chosen this color) but after speaking with several dealers, owners, enthusiasts, etc. up here in the NE no one orders them because they don't sell. This scared me a little bit with resale value. Fortunately White was my second color choice and this car had everything I wanted except for red seat belts and Torque vectoring sitting on the lot at a steep discount. I decided it was time and put the deposit down that day.
I'll post more pictures once I pick it up Friday.

Looking forward to it. This is a base model 718. It is CPO and only had 1800 miles on it. No PASM, no Sport Chrono, no power seats. It's a 6 speed manual. It does have Apple CarPlay, dual zone climate control, heated seats and Satellite radio. The paint color and wheels were of course options too. It's kind of like the 135is in the sense that it's more of a back to basics kind of car. It drives well, comfortable, very ergonomic. You just wear it. It's very cozy like the 135is or Abarth. All those cars make the Corvette seem huge in comparison despite being small itself.

I was initially looking for a manual base CPO vehicle as well with Sport Chrono, PASM, PTV. Then I made the mistake of driving an S with PDK. I was immediately hooked and switched my focus. I found a brand new leftover that the dealer is CPO'ing for me so I'll have a brand new car with less than 300 miles and a 6yr/unlimited mileage warranty. I couldn't beat the deal that was agreed to so I jumped on it.
Getting through tomorrow will be difficult with all the excitement. I'll need to keep myself busy.

I was looking for PDK, but the next least expensive Lava Orange I could find was something like $18k more. I was trying to keep the price down as best as possible. Porsche ala carts you to death and adding one option after another ends up costing an arm and a leg.

I've got both of you guys beat!

I paid (presumably) about half or less than half of what you did for this beauty

about 14 months ago, and it's now worth more than I paid for it. When I sell it I'll at least break even, and can tell people that I used to own a Porsche Turbo :-)
